Phobias
Almost all phobias can be successfully treated and cured. Phobias aren’t usually formally diagnosed, as most people will be fully aware that they have them. It is advised that if you have a phobia you should seek help from your GP. They may refer you to a specialist with expertise in behavioural therapy, such as a psychologist.
If, however, you would like to seek an alternative method of complimentary therapy, then BWRT® could work very well for you.
We may need to write to your GP, with your permission, to ensure that you have the best support possible. We offer free consultations to discuss your unique requirements and potential issues.
